She is HERE!!!

Wow, I still cannot believe that Natalie is here! With me! IN ITALY! We are already planning our trips for the weekend and next week. What an awesome opportunity for us both to have! Today, the girls and I toured around Montebelluna while Angelo had to work. We went to the park, ate gelato...twice, and ate a good snack at a bar. I called it a cafe but the girls thought I was wrong, it is a bar! To me, a bar is a place that you don't take small children at 11am for a snack! Quite different here! They have a full bar, everything for coffee, and then a menu for food. Children are welcome! As we finished lunch, the girls kept saying how hot they were and I was right there with them...too hot here! From the bar, I could see a fountain and I knew we had to go! It was an awesome fountain that came out of the ground and so the girls could take their shoes off and run through, getting a little cooled off in the summer heat. They had a blast! Angelo came to pick us up and off we went to Venezia to pick up Natalie from the airport! I went in by myself because the girls were asleep in the car. I waited and waited until I finally saw her! What an awesome moment of seeing her walk through the gates and arriving in Italy! The girls were a little shy at first but by the end of the car ride, they were back to themselves again! They are very clingy to me tonight and are always wanting my attention. They are so sweet and I am going to miss those little girls so much when I leave! We had a little party for Natalie when we got home. Coronas all around with little pizzas and potato chips! Perfect summer dinner! Angelo surprised us with some bakery desserts that he got this morning...wow, amazing! All cream filled or chocolate covered...delicious! Nat and I have already mapped out our weekend. Tomorrow, we have the girls in the morning and then we are going to pick up our Smart Car in Treviso and spend the evening there! It should be interesting to figure out how to drive here! This weekend, we are going to Lake Garda, the biggest lake in Italy. You should google it and the surrounding cities because it all looks like Venice but on a lake and in the mountains. I can't wait to go and spend the weekend there. We are staying there for one night and then heading to Verona for a full day, which is only 30 minutes away. Ciao for now and more tomorrow!
