Creativity At Its Finest!

The girls were in the garden when I woke up this morning, antsy to start their idea for a finger painting session! I thought, oh boy here we go! Anna had on a Burberry white dress so I decided that needed to go first! No clothes for kids when finger painting is probably best, right? They made some pretty cool designs and it was a chance for us to review all our colors and for me to remember my Italian! We played in the pool for a bit and then I made pesto pasta with fresh tomatoes! Delicious! That's the girls' new favorite word. They are repeating everything I saw now and they are catching on really well! Gianna took the girls to a reading story night in the park while I stayed home and finished the laundry and cleaned up from dinner. Angelo was on a night bike ride up to the rifugio...I seriously don't understand how they do that! It is so steep and it takes at least 40 minutes by car to get there and then back! Crazy! Well, ciao for now! Tomorrow, the girls and I are hanging out at the house and getting them ready to go on holiday for the weekend. It is Gianna and Angelo's 13th wedding anniversary! I get the house all to myself this weekend...well, not exactly! Momo will be here to keep me company and he is a great watchdog! Ciao!
