A Calm Day at the House

Today was business as usual around here! First, we made eggs for breakfast with a little fruit. Before the pool this morning, we did a little housecleaning. I changed the sheets on the girls' beds and mine and then started a load of laundry. We had a good rice and bean soup for lunch with (my favorite) sliced tomatoes on hard bread with olive oil. Delicious with lots of salt and pepper! We all had a good nap and then Giulia rode her bike all the way to the parafarmacia! She is a tough little girl! Anna was still sleeping and is too little to ride that far away. We stayed home and had a small bike ride of our own and then colored a bit until Angelo and Giulia came home. For dinner, we had a veggie salad with rolls of mortodello and pistachio bits inside the meat! Pretty good! Well, all is good here...just counting down the days until Natalie gets here! I think it is 9 days now? Wonderful! I can't wait to go explore girl! Ciao and talk more tomorrow!
